i set a brand new record as i ran for 4.8km continuously!! haha.. and i walked for 1.1km... so in total, it's 5.9km!! haha... so happy!! now, i muz achieved 6km! aiming for that now...

after much exposure to the "evil bacteria" that are roaming freely in my house, the "evil bacteria" has emerged as the "winner" in the battle against my immune system... evil~~~ no wonder they are named the "evil bacteria" by me :D i'm down with a bad chesty cough and flu... and experiencing some fainting spells... evil~~~
