and when she speaks

yesterday's outing was pretty fun and success...

When we reached the pasir ris park, we placed our mat... and started a little "pinic" there... we ate all the junk food that we had bought earlier... thinking of all the junk food... most of them were sweet... and leaving my mouth so damn sweet and uncomfortable in the end... eek... next time, we should bring all kinds of food... and not forgetting the ""muz-have-element" --- FRIED BEE HOON!!! (i'm still yearning for it, *drooling*)

well, we went to the pasir ris park with the intention of flying the kite... however, as there were many trees blocking the sea breeze, the kite simply wun fly high... and not only that, it kept flying into the trees nearby... and we had to "jump high and low" to retrieve it back... so much hassle... haiz... then we gave up... and we went to pick sea-shells instead... it was low-tide in the mid-afternoon... however, the beach was not only polluted but also quite "unstable" with our feet sinking deeper and deeper into the "quick-sand look-a-like" beach... and lw had her sandals beautifully decorated with some "gluey, slimy, sticky, gross gray thingy"... haha...
while we were picking up sea-shells, we saw a star-fish being washed ashore... we were pretty excited about it... coz we've never come across a real star-fish in our life... there were also many small little tiny hermit crabs roaming the beach...

well, it was a futile search with us collecting 3 cups filled of sea-shells... pretty fruitful... (the washing part was pretty tough, as we found a few 'live' hermit crabs hiding in the sea-shells...) Br saved the day by bringing back home all the sea-shells... poor she... coz no-one wants... and she thought that everyone of us wanted a share of it...

then we continued our little pinic... and to end off the day at there... we decorated the plain-looking pandan cake (used to replace the log-cake)... the process was like an ungly duckling transforming into a beautiful swan... haha... after much decoration, the cake was pretty nice and can compete with those in the bakery shops... haha...

As it was getting dark, we left the place for White Sands to develop the photos...

by the time we reach CCK was already 10++pm... to end off my day, went to dine in at mac with ty to curb my growling stomach... we shared the grilled chicken foldover... and it was so satisfying... yum yum...

well, it has been a pretty long time since i last went out with my gang... coz of the different schedules that everyone has... juz hope that we can fulfill the wish of travelling oversea next year :D

oblivion
