Well, this week has been pretty smooth for me... except for the fact that i screwed up my speech com first assessed assignment... haiz... wat to do... juz hope that i can do well the next time :D oh yeah! cordelia and ng wei chin are nice enough to give us a break next week... haha... so no school on thursday!! YEAH!!! there'll be no school for me on both thurs and fri!!! i'm having a LOOOOOOOOONG~~~ weekend, hehe!
yesterday...
while buying the christmas gifts, met george.... who asked invited me to go to his church for christmas celebration on that very day... come to think of it, there have been 3 persons who have invited me to their church... really appreciate it... but prefer to celebrate with my good old frenz (touch ba! haha..) and to catch up with them... then, i met chao rui... who accompanied me to take some photographs for my project at the brigde that link my old sec school with the "outside world"... haha... i was trying to take photographs of the MRT moving, but i kept missing it... and i began to compose a poem that describes the feeling and plight i was in at that time... haha... and he was there singing some songs... a pretty good mixture of songs and poems... in the end, we stood on the bridge for approx half-an-hour but failed to take the scene that i wanted... haiz... anyway, very grateful to him for accompanying me throughout that cold and lonely night... oh yeah, he gave me a christmas card... thougha little "mushy" but i deeply appreciate this little small gesture...
today *christmas eve*
Initially, i had to meet 3 different groups of frenz at different destinations... but due to some unforseen circumstances... i "stood" 2 parties up... very sorry
i was supposed qianyu... but i think there was a little miscommunication as the time that we were supposed to meet up was mixed up... she arrived so much more earlier... then in the end, she went back home... and we decided to meet up on other day... felt so guilty... haiz...
the one and only group of frenz i met was travis and his gang... i went all the way to tampiness mall... haiz... then, as usual, he paid for my movie ticket (he juz refused to accept my money, haiz...) we caught "kung-fu hustle"... well, through this movie... i seriously think that i've lost my sense of humour... coz juz when the entire cinema roared into laughter, i was there, trying to force myself to laugh but to no avail... throughout the whole show, i was trying to fight back "ke shui cong" which was "attacking" my brain cells, making me feel tired and sleepy with each passing second... maybe my taste is different from travis... well, in other words, i dun really know how to appreciate stephen chow's movie... i'm still not up to that standard to watch his movies... well... after the movie, bought something for his frenz... who were kinda shocked... hmmm... and gave a lollipop to travis who really treated it like a precious ruby and told me that he will never eat it... hmmm... in return, he bought me chocolates... was pretty shocked... he always springs into surprise actions... then before i left, he was actually vying with me to top up my fare-card which was already negative in values... in the end, he topped up the fare-card for me, using his own money... felt so guilty, coz he seemed to be paying everything to me... and we're juz frenz... muz treat him next time
next stop - kallang mrt station
was supposed to go for christmas celebration at the indoor station stadium with SL with her frenz... but i backed up last minute... after passing her the christmas gifts, i left... dun ask me y... then met jeff at the platform... we had an exchange of gifts... oh yeah, and he was really an "idiot", haha... coz he asked me wat was that that i gave him (the shape, texture, colour are enough clues for a sensible person to know that it's a lollipop)... and he was there trying to figure out... coz he thought it was an ornament... haha... very funny... well, then we took the train together... it has been a long time since i had a chat with him... it was still as comfortable as usual... and surprisingly, i find myself treating him like my own brother... haha... this guy is really amazing... he's the first that actually gave me the feeling that exists between brother and sister... haha... maybe becoz of his age ba...
well, looking forward to tmr's celebration with my old gang of frenz... hope that it would go as wat we've initially planned! btw it wld be pretty fun! :D
