Well, my job as a wall-painter has finally come to an end. One last look at the company, gave me a deep sense of satisfaction. All our hard work paid off. The ambience is really soothing and nice with its new look (the new coat of paint). The best thing is that i got my pay!! yeah! haha, money really works wonders! It makes me forget all the frustrations and stress i felt when i was painting. Money works as a driven force for me to work more efficiently and effectively. Haha, I'm pretty materialistic, aren't I? But still, I never regret taking up this job. Although, things didn't go on smoothly on the first day of work as we got real bad scolding from the boss, but still, it kinda kindles my love for painting and reminisces all the good old time when i was doing art in secondary school. I'm all over art once again... haha...
Although, the boss hopes that we will work for him again as telemarketers, i realize i really couldn't work with him through this experience. He may make a good friend but certainly not a good boss. He's not only demanding but also wants you to be multi-tasked. Besides painting, we were asked to tidy up the place, help in the interior design of the office, clean up the fans. Btw, the restroom is in a really horrendous state. I think it can be voted as the worst restroom of the year. It's not only smelly, but dirty. At the sight of it, it'll make u puke out what you've just eaten. The worst thing was when i was asked to paint the restroom. I had to climb to the top of the ladder to paint it. It was a pretty scary experience for me. Fortunately I'm not fearful of heights and strong enough to "withstand" the foul smell of the restroom. Phew!
But i really learnt alot through these 3 days. And I've shed off another inch off my waist! Yeah!! haha... for the whole of march, I've managed to shed off 2 inches off my waist! that's the greatest achievement ever.
