and when she speaks

Once again, i've come to a point where I've decided to lock myself up in my own world; I don't give a damn with what's happening around me; I don't want to put on a smiley mask and be someone else; Ironically, I don't want that "naked" and shameless feeling to linger around me and pretended as if I don't care.

All I want is peace and silence and be myself...

Back to something more cheerful:

Monday (19/6/06)

I'm proud to annouce that the camp officially start today! haha... but horror of all horrors, I woke up to find myself lying beside a "lioness" all night. I guess everyone knows who the "lioness" is. Nonetheless, it was rather entertaining to see xixilia's hair turning into a lioness' mane within one night. I believed everyone shares the same sentiment as me :).

The camp started off with body stretching exercise conducted by lao shi's daughter, Shirley. I thought Shirley carried off herself well and there was something about her that would make her stand out of the crowd. Anyway, as I've not exercised for ages, I could vividly hear my bones "cracking" while doing all those stretching. But, i must make myself loud and clear, the "cracking sound" was not the result of my "increasing" age.

It was a "torturous" experience for me, but i certainly enjoyed it. I love the feeling of having drops of perspiration rolling down my cheeks. It's simply refreshing and makes u feel revitalised again. haha... After having burnt out all the calories and fats during the light workout, we were forced to "consume" them again with our "oily" lunch.

I shall keep my entry short by summarising events that happened on that day. After the lunch, it was another entertaining script-writing lesson with lao shi. With the current world cup sensation going around us, we had to come up with ideas associating with it. All groups came up with creative and hilarious story plots, which was enough to drive all the "sleeping bugs" that were ttying to invade our conscious mind. Right after the lesson, it was another "fattening" session for us with our another yet "oily" dinner. However, we managed to burn it off during the treasure hunt, which required everyone to run around the school, in search of clues to the mystery. Although the answer to the mystery was "lame" and "disappointing", I believed everyone enjoyed the process.

That was basically the end of Day 1. It may be tiring, but the friendship between everyone has certainly grown stronger as a result. Everything is worth it at the end of the day.
