I've finally gotten my hands on the book that I've yearned for for god-knows-how-long. It's titled "Life's Golden Ticket". If u enjoy reading Mitch Albom's book, u'll truly fall for this. =)
After which, headed off to YMS to prepare for my first band performance. Yeah! My very first band and, proud to say, I was the drummer =). Ha. Honestly speaking, it was pretty nerve-wrecking for me as I hardly practise due to my laziness. As a result, I screwed up a lot in yesterday's practise. So, to make up for it, I started off the day by forcing myself to listen to the performing piece -"Way Back into Love" - for countless of times. And it did help a lot. =) I guess today's performance is the best amongst all the practises that we had.
On the other hand, this band is rather short-lived one as it was only formed for this performance, organised by our very own music school. So, as fast as it was formed, our band was dismissed right after the performance. Though we were only given less than a couple of weeks to put everything together and to perform, it had been a really pleasant experience for everyone. ;)
Having finished this performance, the next thing that is weighing on my head at this very moment is school! Ha. Wonder how will it be.... hmm....
